It was convenient to have a place to drop our luggage off when we were traveling on our last day in DC. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to select the closest location using the App because the location is hidden until a selection is made. Once we arrived, the individual at the cleaners was not polite and we felt that we were more an imposition than being invited customers. On the good side, our bags were delivered back as promised.
