It took me 3 weeks to understand what I was facing. They are pretending to give you a tracking link for your order. When you click the Link, you just see a page in Chinese with no information about your order. Also none of the links including "online help" works on the Chinese page! (screenshot attached) I am afraid they will not return my money if I want to now. Be careful with Veryvoga!!!
