My mother passed away less than a week after delivery. Sorting through her things we found an unopened parcel I emailed customer service as it was around 4 weeks after delivery but all recent stock and in no way an outrageous amount of time passed and they would not accept a return in the circumstances but then adding insult to injury offered me 20% a future purchase. Well if there was a chance I would have gone on the website and looked after such a policy and insult I never will now. Awful customer service
