Returned a dress as it was too small,after refusing to have it altered by myself or giving it away to family or friends for a voucher off my next purchase,I received an E-mail stating the refund was issued on July 7th.it's now aug 8th and i still haven't got my money,they said for me to chase my bank(not up to me to do).Very poor service and will never recommend,I will be taking this further.
