The item I ordered did not arrive by the paid for special delivery (in excess of 8.00) and I therefore had no need for the item as the function that I needed it for had past. I did try on at least 3 occasions to get them to find out where my parcel was but I just kept getting an extreamly irritating "Thank you for you business, we are sure you will be delighted ...." reply. Eventually 3 days late my parcel arrived, however as it was of no use and poor quality I decided to return. I have now sent at least another 5 emails, but all I keep getting are offers of free vouchers for more products! An absolute waste of time, money and energy - avoid them and their sister company JJshouse.co.uk at all costs.
