I purchase clothes online a lot, but never ever have to experience such a bad customer service like this.
I ordered a dress for my mum in the middle of May with standard delivery. As per their website, standard delivery is between 7-15 days. Between this time, I have not heard a word from VeryVoga. I contacted them, received a "copy and paste" response that delivery will be displayed soon and be with me within 7-15 days.
After a month, contacted them again, received exactly the same response. At the end, they said that delivery time is based on the date they send delivery, not the date I purchased.
So now, after 2 months, my mum still have not received her dress. So frustrating. If I bought this for me, it would not care much.
At this point, the item I purchased is no longer available. And they keep asking me if I want to get a refund or awaiting for the order. No compensation given and an official apologies from VeryVoga.
VeryVoga needs to have an actual customer service team as human team, not a "copy and paste" response team.
