It is honestly absolutely not worth ordering with them unless you have money to throw away. I ordered a dress a month ago for a wedding, the dress was not delivered by the courier, I contacted both the courier and Veryvoga with no luck, no offer of a replacement dress being sent out, just VeryVoga refusing to acknowledge my frustration and request for a refund, I have been asking for 3 weeks now, its so simple I paid for goods that were not delivered so I simply want a full refund, for which they are now refusing to refund unless I remove my online reviews. If they had simply refunded me in the first place I would have had no need to right a review. Ive been going back and forth every day sending messages and they still haven't issued a refund.
