If you were able to give this a ZERO star I definitely would!! All the clothes are far too small. They are definitely not true to size unless you come from 'the shire' in the Lord of the Rings!!! It is impossible to get a refund and I reckon I am going to have to suck this one up. Its the first time in my many years of online shopping that I feel I have been completely ripped off. I usually do some good research and look at reviews when I am buying off a new company and I don't know why I didn't with this one. Lesson learned there!! I am going to take this further with some kind of trading standards as I can see far too many of us have been duped by this company. Just send us all a refund, what's so hard about that! You might as well have worn a mask as this is just complete robbery!
