Dreadful company. Sent wrong item. Then great rigmarole in returning it. They want a host of details -and a photo of the item received, but it is never enough, always something wrong - the photo never clear (it was when left me) It goes on and on. Seems no intention to rectify
Al it needs is a return address
They've got my money and hefty £10 p&p charge for one pair of summer sandals
I will have to pay to return
They hold all the cards. Easily checked that I am not trying to swindle then
