The dress delivered was very poor quality, so was immediately returned for a full refund.
Vestry, to be fair to them, refunded the price of the dress quickly. However, they did not refund the £3.95 postage charge, despite UK Distance Selling Regulations being crystal clear that the buyer is entitled to a full refund including postage charges.
Sent an email to query this, received a snotty reply back saying they wouldn't be refunding the postage charge. I advised them this was a clear breach of UK law, received the same snotty reply back. I corrected them again, and have now received no reply in 2 days so have resorted to a PayPal claim.
It amazes me a company in this day and age is not aware of their responsibilities under UK law, and can be so blatantly ignorant when they are in the wrong. A shame.
