I actually wouldn't even give one star but had to.
Ordered two dresses in different sizes and returned one (I had to buy a slip for under the other one as the quality was poor and the dress was see through).
Received an email to say that they had received the dress but would not refund the money as it was received after 14 days and they didn't have to.
Obviously I wasn't happy with us so complained but the customer service (or lack of) was awful and they basically told me there was nothing they could do. Then they ignored my emails and Facebook messages requesting parcel details so i could get the parcel back.
I have basically paid £90 for one poor quality dress and they now have my returned dress (which they have probably re-sold). I have reported them to the retail ombudsman and provided emails as they were so unhelpful and have stolen my money and dress.
BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!
