Good products but would I was not contacted when one of the items I ordered was not in stock. I had paid for First Class shipping but didn't receive my items on time (my cat really needed the ear drops as soon as possible). Would like to have had more communication with Vet Medic about the item that wasn't in stock because they held the entire order back. I didn't get so much as an email from them. I had to call them which doesn't make for good customer service.
