Prompt delivery. A copy of the label would have been useful before making my purchase as it was difficult to tell exactly what I was getting and how to use it. These are actually very similar in appearance to 'All Bran', not a powder as I thought. My puppy eats them happily but it's too soon to tell if they're effective yet.
