When my order arrived (in very quick time) one of the items was missing. I got in touch with Vet Medic and they responded very quickly to apologise, send the missing item and credit me the value of the missing item.
In my experience things can and do go wrong with orders. A company shows its true approach to customers in its actions when such things occur. Vet Medic responded impeccably.
