I ordered Frontline flea treatment for cats, paying £7 extra for express shipment, which claimed next day delivery. There was some urgency, as our cats clearly had acquired fleas. I stayed home from work to collect the package, which never came. It wasn't until the following day that I received an email saying that they weren't able to use the express service. While they were kind enough to refund my shipping charge, the fleas were given an extra two days to grow and spread before the treatment actually arrived. Had they been faster in keeping me updated, I likely would have cancelled the order and sought a short time-scale vet appointment.
