Please use a delivery service other than royal mail...urgently ordered a certain item to clear up my dogs bowls took 3 days by the the time royal attempted delivery at the cost of £3.99 postage.. because of work I can't get to the post depot to collect my parcel it's been there days..where as with say a Hermes parcel company you can arrange delivery with a courier or ask it to be left with a neighbour... that's my gripe sorry... next time I'll just go to the vet
