Order placed on a Tuesday - paid excess delivery charge for delivery 'within 2 working days'
When no delivery by Thurs PM found that it had been ordered too late to qualify for 2 day delivery. No problem - Friday would be soon enough. On speaking to headquarters found that it was not even down for this. '' they would make a special case'' and put it down for Saturday delivery. TOO LATE. Cat had to go into cattery without adequate supply of vet prescribed diet.
No refund of delivery payment taken under false pretenses.
Will never order from this company again.
