I have made a few orders via yourselves, my last but one order was sent efficiently but when I ordered this time I was told the order could not be sent as I had mistakenly sent the copy prescription and not the original. Although you had sent the first months supply against it. The initial contact also took a few days.
This caused a delay obviously and I ran out of tablets for my dog.
