Ordered item. Wrong one sent. Phoned, was told to pass item to charity, correct item would be sent out.
Item not received in fact it had not been sent! I phoned again, was passed to manager, NO apology, he said it was the wrong picture on the website which I knew as I had checked incase I had ordered the wrong item. Correct item was sent.
I should not have had to phone the second time and I should have had an apology. I am not impressed with VDM.
