Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience this time with my prescription dog food order. Your customer services assistants were always very helpful but I never received the goods I ordered despite being told 3 times that I would (Parcel Force were to blame apparently). I think it would be helpful should the same thing happen again for you to send out a replacement order straight away by next day delivery. I don't want to risk ordering my dog's food from you again as I actually ran out as I was waiting so long (2 weeks from date of order) which isn't great as she needs that particular food as she suffers from pancreatitis.
Also the first order I placed with you arrived promptly but you sent the regular Hills Prescription I/D and not the Low Fat version which I ordered (I didn't bother to report this to you as my dog is fine with the non low fat version).
Sorry to be so negative but as I said, your customer service assistants were always very professional, polite and efficient and I received an email promptly on request telling me that I would get a refund.
