The website was well laid out, provided useful informative advice & reviews and a wide selection of pet products. I was able to find what I was looking and purchase my item with confidence and ease. My only reservation was egarding shipping costs and delivery time. A reasonable cost for next day delivery for a small item would provide the customer with more confidence. The standard shipping delivery took one week. Which was a little too long. Apart from that a satisfying experience.
