Placing my order was excellent .. A 5 star rating. However, in the 10 days since then , although I have recieved an order number and confirmation of said order, I have not received the epilease. I have rung throughout today and every time have gone through to reception who although very helpful, have been unable to tell me anything about my order. I cannot believe that the "order" department have been so very busy that they have not had a moment to return my call or email me.
Epilease is a drug that my dog needs daily and I cannot afford to run out. If there is a problem with supply ( I know epilease is hard to get) it is essential I have enough time to order some from the vet.
So, this evening an unhappy customer. I hope for better things tomorrow.
