I have used your company now for the past 2 years and order renal cat food. On this occasion I order on the 15th Jan. Normally I receive the goods within 2 -3 working days. By Friday 23 rd I had not received my order so I rang to chase it up. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She said that my order had been despatched on the 19th Jan. She then tracked it and found it was in a depot in Glasgow. I eventually received the order on the 26th Jan. I will use you again as this is not the normal response i have experienced.
