I am always pleased to receive my products and they arrive well packed with a friendly delivery. My only complaint is that I never know which day they will be delivered, I need to know this as I have no alternative delivery address and I have electric gates to keep the dogs in. I am prepared to keep the dogs in and the gates put on to Manual so that the driver can drive in and leave the items under the side porch if I'm not in.
It woud be helpful if you could send me an e-mail the night before delivery is due.
