I needed meds urgently as I was almost out. I placed an order by phone 1st Dec and was told that the prescription would be prepared straight away and despatched upon receipt of the prescription which I sent first class. I was advised Weds 3rd Dec that you had received the prescription and was persuaded to use the express delivery to make sure I received it in good time. The website at that time stated that orders placed before 3pm would be despatched the same day (now changed I notice)! My order was in fact not prepared until 4th Dec and actually not received until the following Monday 8th Dec I ran out of the Prednisolone on Saturday leaving my dog without treatment on Sunday. The cost of the express delivery was exorbitant compared with just about every other online company and again I see that the charge now appears to have come down slightly. After complaining I did receive a refund of the "express delivery" charge.
