I was disappointed that my delivery took over a week to reach me. In this day and age we come to expect that having placed an order it will be with you within a shorter time span. As a result I was panicking that my dogs would have run out of food. As it was I just scrambled together enough for one meal before the order arrived.
I telephoned your office to enquire about when my order would be delivered and was given a lame excuse about delivery times. I may well use another supplier in future.
