Your delivery included an invoice which wrote all the private information including address, telephone no and email address. If someone opened the box by mistake or intentionally, your clients' private information leaks. I think you should be more concerned about the confidentiality of the private information.
As for me, as i have a vicious neighbour from hell, i will not placing the order with you until you have changed your delivery practice as above.
