I ordered some scabivax off you. When ordered I was told it was in stock. So then you took payment for scabivax only to find out a week later when I called to find out where it was I was told you didn't have any. And you weren't expecting any to come into stock. So I was told I would get a refund of which didn't happen.so yet again I had to ring up to chase the refund which I was then given.
All in all very poor all round. As this was my first order with you.
