Unfortunately I messed up on my last prescription order, Danilon, but after putting this right I then expected to receive my order straight away. I made numerous phone calls, about 5 at least but nothing arrived for daysdespite many promises that the parcel was posted, then when it didnt arrive it was with the carrier! T I was very disappointed to say the least and wish this was isolated but unfortunately it isn't. I seem to find that my orders are received promptly and I get notified but then things go pear shaped with slow communications and what from my side looks like poor record keeping, even though I am a regular and frequently returning customer. Also my non prescription order was held back as well, when it could easily have been sent out earlier. I dread making an order now as I always feel it will go wrong in some way. I return because your prices are good, but at what cost to my nerves? I'm sorry to say I'm not sure how much longer I will be one of your customer s.
