I too have been trying to obtain a refund for goods broken in transit. No answers to many phone calls, phone goes dead after a few minutes. When I finally got through, I was promised a call back but needless to say it hasn't happened. No reply to emails either. Disgraceful customer service. First and last time of using. Potential customers beware!
