Overall a very positive experience. I placed an order for a few new Toto toilets. I received a confirmation e-mail for my order a few minutes after making the purchase. Within a few business days I received a call from Vevano to confirm if they had the right shipping address on file. The toilets were packaged with tons of padding to keep item safe during delivery. The products are great!
