“Purchased a 1.2 gal /flush Toto and soft close lid. The bottom of the bowel was severely damaged when I opened it (broke in 8-10 pieces ) Emailed Vevano late Friday evening , with pictures. They responded Sunday afternoon, asking if I wanted a refund , or a replacement. Requested a replacement bottom, as the tank and lid where in good condition. They followed up literally daily with updates, thanking me for my patience . The replacement bowel arrived Thursday afternoon, in excellent conditions. Responded how impressed I was the way the situation was handled . The damage was obviously done in transit (UPS ) . Am completely satisfied the way the handle the entire situation. Would highly recommend them. They know how to do customer service, and their price was very competitive .”

“The product I ordered was listed as ready to ship, when I did not get a shipping notification after 3 or 5 days I called and was informed it was out of stock. I reordered and was reassured it would arrive before I let for an overseas trip 6 business days later. It did not and when I requested a later delivery I was told i would be able to organize this with the delivery driver. This was possible but the driver informed me I would be charged a $50 a day storage fee. I managed to get someone to receive the order and asked for an as late as possible delivery in the 12-4pm window. It arrived pretty much bang on 12pm and there was no one to receive it or check for damage. It was just left on the driveway.
The product itself arrived undamaged and is what we expected.”
