“Purchased a tub and they sent wrong drain side. Because it was past 90 days new construction was ready for install they would not exchange or refund tub. All we requested was trade out for the error they made in sending wrong tub. We also contacted Kohler directly to explain and they wont take or exchange tub either. So we are out $1400 for a tub that isnt able to be installed!!! While i understand the return policy is 90 days and we realized the mishap at 93 days, almost 2 months from date of purchase before the order arrived was counted in their 90 days! Plus the order mistake was their fault yet they will nor exchange when they still have the correct product in stock.”
“Do not order from here! I ordered a bidet about a month ago, sent 2 emails without a response back, product says in stock and ships 1-2 days well here we are a month later no word and out 480 bucks.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This company is the worst, I do not recommend buying anything from them. We purchased a very expensive mirror for a client and the item has been sent late and on top of that we received the wrong product. We are trying to get a full refund now, but we are struggling to get a response from them. It has been a month and we have been leaving voice messages, sending emails, and left messages on the chat room almost everyday. Very frustrating, they are a complete scam!”
