Mr. Matthews, This might be to long winded but my wife and I first bought our toilet from a home improvement store. When our designer daughter saw it, it was returned immediately. The new Toto toilet was perfect for our small bathroom. It was delivered in no time and packed in such a tight package that it could hardly ever be damaged. I was impressed with my experience with Vevano Home and would definitely use Vevano Home again.
