My experience was amazingly positive. Pre-purchase I received important info and all questions were answered to my satisfaction; delivery was prompt and merchandise came undamaged; e-mails of my order status were timely with post-order check on the delivery and product condition. Best of all, pricing was competitive and lowest of all other options I checked. I now subscribe to Vevano Home and check their website regularly. Former Home Depot (1st) and Lowes (2nd) Lady. Looks like these giants have a strong, new, trying-harder competitor.
