SCAM! Absolutely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased three tickets for Dave Chappelle's show in London on December 2nd, intending it to be a reunion and celebration for three cousins. However, we only received one ticket. After contacting Viagogo customer support and explaining the situation, including the additional expenses for our flight, their response was completely unhelpful and they just ignored our complaint! The tickets cost £255 each,therefore £765.00 which is a significant amount, and the lack of support from their customer service is unacceptable. I will personally reach out to Dave Chappelle to share my experience with him as well. I will never use Viagogo again and strongly advise others to avoid this company as well!
