Viagogo used UPS to deliver my tickets. The tickets never arrived. In numerous attempts to investigate with UPS, they clearly pointed at the sender as their only legit point of contract to trigger investigations or respond to with according results.
After a total of 15 calls and 8 supervisor escaltions with Viagogo's support, they sit on a "UPS tracking says it has been delivered" and don't comply to do anything from their end, not even triggering the investigation at UPS.
I am lost in the void of UPS not regarding me as a respected customer and Viagogo giving a literal shizz about whether I even got my order. Unbelievable.
