Title: Sold Me Fake Tickets – No Help, No Refund! I had a terrible experience with Viagogo. I purchased tickets for Zhou Shen’s concert (Order #556281416) scheduled for April 12, 2025. After paying a high price, I later found out that the tickets I received were fake and do not exist. I contacted Viagogo’s customer service multiple times to request a refund, but their responses were robotic and completely ignored the fact that I was sold fraudulent tickets. They simply repeated that all sales are final, even when the product they provided was clearly not legitimate. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected Viagogo to verify the legitimacy of tickets sold on their platform. Instead, I was scammed and left with no valid tickets and no refund. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when using Viagogo. Based on my experience, they do not take responsibility for fake tickets and offer no real customer support when things go wrong. I will be reporting this issue to consumer protection agencies and will never use this platform again.
