If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience with Viagogo, will not use again. Purchased soccer tix with Viagogo - they were still not emailed 2 days before the match (though claimed they would email 3 days before). When I attempted to contact them, the 3 hyperlinks on the confirmation email (resell tix here; contact us; and support) sent me to either a “too many https redirects” or “page not found”. There was no contact # or emailed listed. I ended up purchasing another set of tix directly from the soccer club. 1 day later, the Viagogo tix appeared on the soccer club account, but I had no way to contact them to request reimbursement. I finally stumbled across a contact # a few days after the game, but customer support not only said I couldn’t get my $ back because the game had passed, but also was very unhelpful and uninterested in the “IT problem” of the broken hyperlinks and no clear way to get ahold of them. Viagogo is a scam. Beware.
