This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any online service. I bought a ticket for Guns N' Roses WEEKS ago, paid in full the moment it was released, and to this day — just days before the event — I still haven’t received my ticket. What’s worse? Viagogo never clearly mentioned during the purchase that I’d have to wait until the same day of the event to get my ticket. That’s completely irresponsible and misleading. I don’t live in Abu Dhabi — I have to book flights and accommodation, but how am I supposed to do that with no ticket in hand? They’ve left me in a state of uncertainty, unable to plan anything, worried that I’ll lose hundreds of dollars and miss an event I’ve been excited about for months. Their customer support is cold and robotic, just repeating policies without offering any real help. And the worst part? If the ticket doesn’t show up on the event day, it’s too late. You get a refund but miss the entire event — who covers my travel, hotel, and emotional distress? No one. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s irresponsible, inconsiderate, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Viagogo to anyone. Avoid them at all costs if you care about your plans, your money, or your peace of mind. They’ve ruined what should have been a great experience. Never again.
