I tried to sell a general admission ticket through Viagogo, but their platform forced me to select a seat I didn’t have. Customer service was rude and unhelpful, refusing to escalate or provide promised complaint channels. I had to contact my bank to block charges due to this dispute.
The experience was stressful, confusing, and unprofessional. Do not trust Viagogo for buying or selling tickets.
