UPDATE: I heard from customer support who guaranteed us the refund was on the way (only after i wrote this review). I deleted the review, and the refund never came. Subsequent emails were not answered. This is unbelievable. PLEASE FOLLOW THROUGH AND REFUND ME FOR REAL.

We scheduled this tour and then I tested positive for covid. We let them know before pickup for the tour and they responded and said they would refund that day. They did not and have not responded to messages since. Very disappointing and unprofessional
