Our flight was canceled during the Southwest Airlines debacle, and rescheduled for later in the week. I asked Viator if we could reschedule our snorkel tour for (literally) anytime that week as a result. They said no and won’t refund us either. No empathy, no flexibility. We will be paying their competitor to do a different snorkel tour and will never use this company again.
