We had booked a zipline trip through this agency. We were not able to participate in the event because of an ankle injury. Since we had booked the zipline experience through a third party we could not get a refund. The lesson here is do not book a zipline, kayaking tour, or activity through a third party like this agency. You will be better served booking the event directly. All reputable vendors have websites and contact information. This was a $300 lesson.
