Our family of 6 with 6 large suitcases had booked a transfer from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port through Viator . The company was Romaetravel. We had been in contact and we had agreed on a time of 10:45. When no one showed up, we called them and they said that they were not coming. We had been waiting in the curb for 45 minutes before we called thinking that that were late. They cancelled our reservation which left us in a horrible bind as it was too late to book another ride. We almost missed our cruise.
