Absolutely disgusting service - overcharged me $340 and refund hasn’t been received after timeframe provided. Messaged numerous times on WhatsApp and the agent leaves the chat mid-conversation and have terrible attitudes with no willingness to help.
No one can answer my questions or resolve my enquiry, I’ve been going round in circles for 11 days now - never booking with Viator again. So beyond frustrated.
