Impossible to get help. Endless amount of computer run around.
Trying to book a tour in Yosemite in September and had to speak with someone whose accent was so heavy it was impossible to understand. I ended up with a booking in July which they tell me is nonrefundable.
I will never use this trip advisor or viator again
