DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH VIATOR!
My husband and I showed up 20min early for our Grand Canyon tour (as well as another mother/daughter group that we met). Our bus was supposed to leave Treasure Island at 5:20. We spoke to other tour companies that were picking up their guests and they said ours hadn’t come by yet - we were early. We all waited until 6am. No bus ever showed up.
Viator refused to offer a refund OR book us on another trip the following day.
Hands out the most disappointing part of our trip.
