Booked and paid for a Viator excursion in February for a cruise in June. Was informed the night before that our cruise ship could not dock in port. Canceled excursion immediately. Viator will not give me a refund. No reason, just "No". Here is their response:
We regret to hear about the circumstances surrounding your refund request. Viator strives to make every attempt to address our customers' concerns.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund.
