On our recent trip to Europe we did 9 tours through Viator. They were extremely professional and enjoyable. The communication via email was excellent and each tour lived up to expectation with only a couple of minor hitches which I have fed back.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to other travellers.
I found their site really helpful when looking for something to do in a particular area.
